SMS Send
SMS Send is a freeware application to send a free SMS message to any mobile phone worldwide! To use this little smart tool, you need an internet connection with a static IP address (DSL, cable, etc.).
SMS Send uses a free SOAP service from Oracle, so you also need a free Oracle Network account. You can easily create an account via the SMS Send settings panel.
Please note: Due to Oracle having discontinued their web service, SMS Send no longer works!
