Summary
Find and remove temporary, cache, history, and backup files on all your local and network drives.
System Cleanup protects recently used files.
Drives and folders can be manually added to an exclusion list to protect files and improve disk read speed.
System Cleanup has been renewed for Windows 10 and 11, with new cleanup actions for web browser caches, crash dumps, developer tools (Visual Studio, NuGet, npm, pip, Yarn) and apps such as Microsoft Teams, Visual Studio Code, Slack and Discord.
Usage
The visible cleanup actions depend on the applications installed on your computer.
An icon provides information about each cleanup action
(folder with a green check mark: no files found to clean; folder without green check mark: one or more files found to clean; Registry Editor icon: registry cleaner or system function).
Each action has an information window with additional cleanup information, for example, found files to clean.
Files are deleted permanently (not moved to the recycle bin).
OneDrive, Program Files and ProgramData are protected against the cleanup actions that search all drives.
Some actions require administrator rights; they are only available when you run System Cleanup as administrator.
Use the startup parameter
/Auto to clean up automatically and close.

"More info" and then
"Run anyway".
Alternatively, open the properties of the .exe file and select the
"Unblock" checkbox.
